Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Ninoga collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal information of everyone who uses our platform — including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone who contacts our support team.
Ninoga is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. We follow the requirements of Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, along with its Implementing Rules and Regulations as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We also comply with relevant BSP and PAGCOR directives that relate to player identification and financial data.
By creating a Ninoga account and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you have questions before proceeding, please contact us at support@ninoga.com — we are happy to clarify anything.
This policy applies to all Ninoga services, including sports betting, esports betting, Pusoy, fishing games, and all other games and features available on the platform now and in the future.

How We Collect Your Data
Ninoga collects personal information through the following channels:
- Directly from you — when you fill in the registration form, complete KYC verification, submit a deposit or withdrawal request, or contact Ninoga support.
- Automatically through your device — when you access the Ninoga platform, we collect technical and usage data through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools.
- Through payment providers — GCash, Maya, and connected banks share transaction confirmation data with Ninoga to verify that your deposit or withdrawal was processed correctly.
- Through identity verification partners — Ninoga may use licensed third-party KYC providers to verify your identity documents. These partners act as processors under our data processing agreements and do not retain your data beyond the scope required for verification.
- Through game providers — when you play games on Ninoga supplied by third-party providers, those providers share gameplay data (bet amounts, outcomes, session details) with Ninoga for account management and dispute resolution purposes.
Why We Use Your Data
Ninoga uses your personal information for the following specific purposes:
- Account creation and management — to open and maintain your Ninoga account, verify your identity, and keep your profile details accurate and up to date.
- KYC and age verification — to confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are who you say you are, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions.
- Payment processing — to receive your GCash or Maya deposits, process bank transfers, and send your withdrawal to your registered payment method in Philippine Peso.
- Fraud prevention and security — to detect unusual activity, prevent unauthorised access, and identify patterns associated with money laundering or betting abuse.
- Regulatory compliance — to meet Ninoga's obligations under BSP Anti-Money Laundering Act requirements, PAGCOR reporting rules, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Customer support — to review your account history and communicate with you when you raise a query, dispute, or complaint with the Ninoga support team.
- Platform improvement — to analyse usage patterns and improve game selection, site performance, and the overall experience for Filipino players.
- Responsible gaming — to monitor gameplay behaviour for signs of problematic gaming and to apply any deposit limits, session reminders, or exclusions you have requested.
- Communications — to send you account notifications, important policy updates, and — with your consent — promotional offers related to Ninoga.
Ninoga does not use your personal data for profiling based on race, religion, political views, or any other protected characteristic. Our data use is strictly limited to purposes directly related to operating a safe and licensed gaming platform.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Ninoga processes your personal data on the following legal bases depending on the specific activity:
- Contractual necessity — processing your identity, payment, and account data is necessary to fulfil the Ninoga Terms and Conditions you agreed to when registering.
- Legal obligation — KYC verification, AML record-keeping, and regulatory reporting are required by Philippine law regardless of consent.
- Legitimate interests — fraud detection, security monitoring, and platform analytics serve Ninoga's legitimate business interests and the interests of the wider player community, provided these interests do not override your individual rights.
- Consent — for marketing communications and optional personalisation features, Ninoga relies on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting support or adjusting your account notification settings.
Sharing Your Data
Ninoga does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
- Payment processors — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other payment providers receive only the transaction details necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal.
- Game providers — licensed game studios and aggregators supplying games on Ninoga receive session and bet data to enable gameplay, settle results, and investigate disputes.
- Identity verification providers — KYC partners receive your identity document and photo solely for the purpose of verification. They are prohibited by contract from using your data for any other purpose.
- Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, BSP, and the National Privacy Commission may require Ninoga to submit data in connection with licensing, AML obligations, or an official investigation. Ninoga complies with all lawful regulatory requests.
- Legal proceedings — if required by a court order or other valid legal process in the Philippines, Ninoga may disclose data to comply with the order.
All third parties who receive personal data from Ninoga are required to maintain appropriate data security standards and to use the data only for the specific purpose for which it was shared. Ninoga maintains data processing agreements with all processors as required by the NPC.
Data Retention
Ninoga retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure to meet legal and regulatory obligations:
- Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account plus five (5) years after closure, in line with BSP AML record-keeping requirements.
- Financial and transaction records — retained for five (5) years in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
- Support communications — retained for two (2) years to support dispute resolution and quality monitoring.
- Technical and usage data — retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and platform analytics, then anonymised or deleted.
Once the applicable retention period has passed and there are no outstanding legal or regulatory reasons to retain your data, Ninoga will securely delete or anonymise it. You can request early deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at support@ninoga.com — subject to any retention obligations that cannot be overridden.
Security Measures
Ninoga takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure:
- SSL/TLS encryption — all data transmitted between your device and Ninoga's servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS).
- PCI-DSS compliant payment handling — financial data flows through payment gateways that meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — available to all Ninoga account holders as an additional login security layer. We strongly recommend enabling it.
- Access controls — access to personal data within Ninoga is restricted to staff who need it to perform their specific role. All access is logged and reviewed.
- Regular security audits — Ninoga conducts periodic security reviews and vulnerability testing on its platform infrastructure.
- Data breach response — in the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, Ninoga will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players as required by RA 10173 within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
No system is entirely immune to risk. Ninoga strongly recommends that players use unique, strong passwords and enable 2FA on their accounts. Never share your Ninoga login credentials with anyone.
Cookies and Tracking
Ninoga uses cookies and similar technologies on its platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the site function properly and improve your experience.
- Essential cookies — required for the platform to function. They manage your login session, remember your language preferences, and keep your Ninoga account secure. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Functional cookies — remember your game preferences, display settings, and previous selections to personalise your Ninoga experience across sessions.
- Analytics cookies — used by Ninoga's internal analytics tools to understand how players use the site — which pages are visited most, where sessions drop off, and how features perform. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Security cookies — detect fraudulent login attempts and protect your account against session hijacking.
Ninoga does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies that share your data with external ad networks. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies will affect your ability to log in and use the platform.
Your Data Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, every Ninoga player has the following rights regarding their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to support@ninoga.com with your verified account email and a clear description of what you are requesting. Ninoga will respond within 15 business days.
Minors
Ninoga's platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Ninoga does not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. All account registrations require KYC verification with a valid government-issued ID to confirm age.
If Ninoga discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor — through misrepresentation at registration or any other means — the account will be immediately closed, any balance will be returned (less any fees required by law), and all personal data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with the retention schedule for legally mandated records.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may have registered on Ninoga, contact us immediately at support@ninoga.com. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Ninoga may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes — such as new categories of data being collected, new sharing arrangements, or significant changes to your rights — Ninoga will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the revised policy takes effect.
Continuing to use Ninoga after a policy update has been communicated means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting support and requesting account closure and data handling per the retention schedule.
We recommend checking this page periodically, especially before making large deposits or sharing additional personal information with Ninoga. Staying informed is the best way to stay in control of your data.
